Integrated Training Model
Our training model is built on structured progression and game-realistic design. Each session develops technical mastery, decision-making, and speed of play through intentional constraint-based environments. Players are consistently challenged to think, adapt, and execute under pressure.
The Cognitive Window
The Cognitive Window is a short daily segment focused on improving how players think and understand the game. Through guided discussion, small activities, and weekly video analysis, players develop awareness, decision making, and problem-solving in a low physical load environment, allowing them to process information clearly and apply it more effectively in real game situations.

Q & A
Q: Is this a summer camp? Who is the program for?
No. This is a structured 5-week comprehensive training program built around a progressive curriculum. We meet 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday. It is not a drop-in camp and is designed for serious players who are motivated to improve and committed to consistent training. All positions are welcome.
Q: What does a typical day look like?
Each day follows a structured schedule that includes technical training, applied game-based learning, and a dedicated recovery/refuel period (light lunch). Sessions are designed to balance intensity, focus, and recovery over the course of the day.
Q: Is supervision provided for the full duration of the program?
Yes, players are supervised for the entirety of the daily schedule while on site.
Q: What is the player selection process like? What's required?
All players complete a short application to confirm age, playing background, and availability. The goal is to ensure the program is a good fit and that players are prepared for a focused, structured training environment. This is not a tryout, and most applicants who meet the age and commitment expectations will be accepted, space permitting.
Q: Can players attend only part of the program?
No. The program is designed as a complete 5-week progression. Partial participation and/or drop-in days are not offered to preserve the integrity of the training environment and curriculum.
